Post-doctoral
positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Adam Antebi at the Huffington Center on Aging, Baylor College of
Medicine. Our laboratory uses molecular genetic approaches to understand how
endocrine systems regulate developmental age and aging in the small roundworm Caenorhabditis elegans. We are studying
a conserved steroid hormone signaling pathway that regulates stage transitions,
entry into a long lived diapause stage, as well as life span (Dev Cell 10, 473-82; Cell 124,
124, 1209-23). We use both
molecular genetic and biochemical approaches to understand these processes. The
Huffington Center
