To change your information, use the search above to find your entry.
Then click on the "Change this information or renew your WBG
subscription." link that you will see at the bottom of the page. This
will bring up a page allowing you to edit your listing, say whether
you want a WBG subscription, and specify a payment option. Once you
have edited the information, click on the "Submit Changes" button.
Your changes will be saved, and an e-mail message will be sent to you
telling you how to confirm them.
If you simply wish to confirm your information, you can click on
Submit Changes without changing any information. This will change the
"Last Change" date without changing anything else.
If your entry is unlisted, you can't follow the instructions above
because the search will not retrieve unlisted entries. To change your
entry from unlisted to listed, type your e-mail address below and
click "Search". The system will search for unlisted entries with that
e-mail address, and will send an e-mail message with instructions for
making the entry or entries listed. You can then edit as usual, and
check the unlisted box if you want to revert to unlisted once you've
made your changes.

To add yourself to the list, type your e-mail address below and click
"Add". This will create a new entry containing your e-mail address,
with everything else blank. You'll then be able to add your name,
address, etc.

We don't have an automated method for removing yourself from the list
yet. If you'd like your entry removed, send e-mail to leon@eatworms.swmed.edu.
