Hints for Searching the Tc1 End Sequences
If you're using Mosaic 2.x or Netscape mosaic, type the word or
sequence you want to search for in the text field above on this page
and click the "submit" button if you have one, or hit return if you
don't. If you are using an old version of Mosaic, such as MacMosaic
1.x, there is a search field in the upper right where you can type
something, and a button to press to do the search. If you're using
lynx, use 's' to search. If you're using MacWeb, click the "?" button
near the top of the window, just to the left of the URL. If you're
using anything else, you're on your own.
The search word may match an allele, sequence, clone, or strain.
Partial matches work. You can use a Perl
regular expression if you need to do something fancy. Otherwise
don't worry about it.
